Delete your account

You can delete your PehleCheck account and data yourself, at any time.

How to delete

    Sign in

    Sign in on the website with the account you want to delete.

    Open Privacy & data

    Go to Account → Settings → Privacy & data.

    Download a copy (optional)

    Use “Download my data” if you want to keep your checks.

    Confirm deletion

    Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm. Active paid plans are cancelled automatically.

What is deleted

Your profile, checks, incident cases, family memberships and shares, notifications, sessions and preferences are deleted. Community reports you submitted stay in the moderation record without your name or description. You are removed from business workspaces; checks made in a workspace belong to that organisation. Billing records are kept, without your name, for as long as tax law requires. Security and consent logs are kept for the period the law requires.

Can’t sign in?

Reset your password from the sign-in page. If you no longer have access to your email, contact us from the Contact page and we’ll verify your identity before deleting anything.

WhatsApp users

Send STOP to the PehleCheck WhatsApp number to stop processing. To delete your WhatsApp history, contact us.
